A construction site is months of free advertising — if the signage is right. R.E.S.S. prints and installs the signs a project needs at every phase: the Coming Soon board before ground breaks, the project and contractor signage while crews work, and the Now Leasing push before doors open. One local vendor, every phase.

Construction sign FAQs

What signs does a construction site need?

Most SoCal projects run a project/development board (project name, developer, GC, architect), fence banners or mesh screens on temporary fencing, contractor ID signage, safety and notice signs, and marketing signage like Coming Soon or Now Leasing. We produce all of it and can install it in one visit.

Do you print project renderings on signs?

Yes — send us the rendering file and we print it large-format on Alumatech boards, banners, or mesh at full color. Renderings are the strongest pre-leasing tool a site has.

Mesh or solid vinyl for fence banners?

Mesh lets wind pass through, which fencing usually requires, and it can be taken down, stored, and reused on the next site. Solid vinyl prints sharper color for walls and short-term promotions. We'll recommend based on where it's going.

How big can construction signs be?

Project boards commonly run 4'×8' panels, and banners and mesh screens can run much larger in sections. We size signage to the site frontage and how far away it needs to read.

Do you install on jobsites?

Yes — our crews install boards, posts, and fence banners across Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego, and swap signage as the project moves through phases.

Can you handle safety and OSHA-style notice signs?

We print safety and notice signage (Hard Hat Area, PPE, No Trespassing, site notices) on durable, high-visibility substrates to your project's specifications. Your safety officer or GC confirms the required wording for the site; we make it readable, durable, and fast.

How fast can you turn signs around?

Standard production is 3–5 business days from proof approval, with Fastrak next-day, 2-day, and 3-day options — because "the inspection is Friday" is a real deadline.
