What’s eligible for return

“Ready to Go” & "Supplies" items only. Most items we make are custom and final sale.

Showroom purchases: You may return or exchange unused items within 14 days of purchase with your order number.

A 20% restocking fee applies.
What’s not eligible

All custom signs and made-to-order items are final sale (no returns or cancellations once the order is placed).

International orders are not accepted.
Condition requirements

Items must be unused and returned with the order number.

For online orders, you’re responsible for return shipping (tracked/insured). We don’t provide return labels.

Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
Defects or damage
- Damage and Liability Policy: Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon receipt. R.E.S.S. is not liable for damage occurring after pickup, delivery, or shipment, including damage from transport, handling, storage, environmental conditions (heat, moisture, etc.), or improper installation.
- Pickup Orders: Loading assistance by R.E.S.S. staff, when provided, is a courtesy only and does not make R.E.S.S. liable for any subsequent damage. Once items leave our premises, all responsibility for damage during transport, handling, storage, or use belongs to the customer.
- Delivery Orders: R.E.S.S. is responsible for items only until delivery is complete and items are unloaded at the delivery location. Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery and report any damage at that time.
- Shipped Orders: R.E.S.S. is responsible for proper packaging only. Once items are transferred to the shipping carrier, all responsibility for damage during transit belongs to the carrier and customer. Customers should file claims directly with the shipping carrier for transit damage.
- Manufacturing Defects: For manufacturing defects only, contact us within 2 business days of receipt with photos and order number.
Our remedy for defects

For confirmed R.E.S.S. defects or carrier damage on shipped orders, we’ll reprint/replace the item and re-ship at no cost.
Cancellations

No cancellations once an order is placed (custom or “Ready to Go”).
Color & print variation
-
Minor color variation between on-screen previews and printed products is normal and not a defect.
Unclaimed orders
-
Orders not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees or be discarded. We’re not responsible for damage after 30 days.
How to start a return or report an issue
Call 949-855-1355 or email Sales@RESS4Signs.com with your order number. We’ll issue return instructions if eligible.
