Where We Ship
United States only (no international shipping).

Carriers & Services
Orders ship primarily via UPS or USPS. Service level and carrier are determined at checkout or by R.E.S.S. based on item size, weight, and destination.

Rates & Surcharges

  • Real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Oversize/handling surcharges may apply to large panels, frames, or multi-carton shipments. When not auto-calculated, R.E.S.S. will contact you for approval prior to shipment.

  • No free shipping.

Production Time vs. Transit Time

  • Standard production time: 3–5 business days.

  • Rush (“FastTrack”) production is available on eligible items for an additional fee.

  • Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and exclude production time.

  • “Ready to Go” and "Supplies" items may ship sooner.

Order Cut-Off
Orders (and, where applicable, proof approvals) received by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time begin production the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off begin the next business day.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery

  • Local Pickup at our Laguna Hills facility is available at checkout.

  • Local Delivery is available in select ZIP codes for a flat rate of $65–$95, depending on quantity and location (shown at checkout or quoted by our team).

Insurance & Signature
All shipments are insured given the buyer-specific nature of our products. Signature requirements may be applied at R.E.S.S.’s discretion based on order value and destination.

Damage, Loss & Missing Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the outer packaging. Keep all packing materials until we advise next steps.

  • Claims for porch theft are not covered by R.E.S.S.; please contact your carrier or local authorities.

  • Upon verification of shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, R.E.S.S. will reprint/replace and re-ship at no charge.

Address Changes & Reroutes
After shipment, address corrections and reroutes are subject to carrier fees, which will be billed to the customer.

Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender
If a shipment is returned to R.E.S.S. as undeliverable, we can re-ship at customer cost, including any carrier return fees.

PO Boxes
USPS can deliver to PO Boxes for eligible parcels. Oversize items may require a physical address.

Split Shipments & Backorders
We do not split shipments and do not maintain backorders. Orders ship complete when all items are ready.

Weekends & Holidays
We do not produce or ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
